About the role
Manages overall operations of assigned warehouse(s). Oversees order fulfillment, shipping and receiving, inventory management, material handling and transportation to ensure customer satisfaction and productivity goals are met. Implements strategies to improve operational efficiency, reduces costs and increases customer service levels.

- Manages overall operations of assigned warehouse(s). Oversees order fulfillment, shipping and receiving, inventory management, material handling and transportation to ensure customer satisfaction and productivity goals are met.
- Leadership – hire, train, develop and motivate employees; create a positive work environment and promote teamwork and collaboration throughout the organization.
- Vision – establish long-term vision for the organization and communicate it effectively to all stakeholders.
- Customer Focus – anticipate needs of customers and respond quickly to their inquiries and concerns.
- Communication – effectively convey information orally and in writing; listen actively and ask questions to clarify situations.
- Innovation – seek out new ideas and approaches to solve problems and stay ahead of industry trends.
- Cost Management – manage expenses within budgeted amounts; identify areas for cost reduction without compromising quality.
- Change Orientation – adapt to changes in the market, technology, and organizational needs; drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaboration – build partnerships both internally and externally; work collaboratively across departments to achieve common goals.
- Judgment – make sound decisions based on available information and experience; escalate issues when necessary.

Requirements
- Proven track record of improving operational efficiency and reducing costs.
- Strong leadership skills with ability to inspire and motivate teams.
- Excellent communication (oral & written) and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and draw meaningful conclusions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Knowledge of WMS/WES systems and other relevant technologies.
