About the role
As our Medical Support Assistant (MSA) at our CHI Endocrinology Clinic, you will serve as a vital first point of contact, ensuring seamless patient flow and administrative efficiency within our healthcare setting.
Responsibilities
- Manage patient scheduling, registration, and record-keeping, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Handle communications, coordinate referrals, process billing, and maintain a welcoming and organized environment, directly contributing to a positive patient experience and efficient clinic operations.
Requirements
- Basic Life Support - CPR, upon hire
- Successful completion of State Health Department approved Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) program, upon hire
- Successful completion of State Health Department approved Emergency Medical Responder (EMR) training program, upon hire
