Project Manager IV, Consumer Experience

The Project Manager IV of Consumer Journeys will report to a Consumer Experience Journeys Senior Director and be responsible for supporting the launch of one to two end-to-end journey teams in support of the National Consumer Experience strategy

• Promotes learning in others by proactively providing and/or developing information, resources, advice, and expertise with coworkers and members
• Manages large-scale projects from initiation to close-out
• Leads the work of project team members
• Proactively monitors and identifies project risks, issues, and trigger events
• Ensures the alignment, buy-in, and coordination of project stakeholders

• Three (3) years of experience working with performance management
• Three (3) years of experience working with pharmacy and benefits operations
