Head of Product, AI & Personalization for Apple Music

Apple Music is seeking a visionary Head of Product, AI & Personalization to lead the next generation of user-centric experiences powered by cutting-edge artificial intelligence, machine learning, and data-driven experimentation

• Set the vision and strategy for how we harness artificial intelligence to deliver deeply personal, intuitive, and engaging music experiences
• Lead the end-to-end product direction for personalization, recommendations, search relevance, user modeling, and content discovery
• Manage and mentor a team of product managers working across AI/ML, personalization systems, and large-scale experimentation
• Foster a high-performing, inclusive culture that encourages bold thinking, clear prioritization, and rapid learning
• Partner closely with engineering, design, editorial, analytics, and marketing teams to bring personalized features to life across Apple Music

• 10+ years of experience in product management, with at least 5 years leading AI/ML or personalization-focused product teams
• Proven track record of shipping large-scale, ML-powered consumer products
• Deep understanding of machine learning technologies, recommendation systems, user segmentation, and real-time personalization systems
• Experience leading experimentation and A/B testing at scale, ideally in a subscription or content platform
• Strong leadership and people management skills, with experience building, mentoring, and scaling high-performing teams
• Passion for music and a deep appreciation for Apple's mission and design principles
