Med-Surg Nurse (RN)

Deliver patient care in a medical-surgical unit following established protocols and best practices. Monitor patient conditions and communicate changes to the healthcare team. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Provide education and support to patients and their families. Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to coordinate care plans. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care activities.

• Current and valid RN license.
• Experience working in a medical-surgical nursing setting.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a care team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
