About the role
Support the development, coordination, and execution of directives and changes for Universal Kids Resort Merchandise Operations. Coordinate with internal partners in driving new projects and sales initiatives such as seasonal offerings, event coordination, capital, labor, etc. Serve as a liaison between Merchandise, Warehouse, and Shared Services. Ensure all venues meet and exceed Guest Service standards while upholding location theming, presentation, and brand/intellectual property standards.
Responsibilities
- Manage all facets of Merchandise Operation and drive results to ensure optimization and effectiveness of all Merchandise locations across the resort.
- Coordinate with internal partners in driving new projects and sales initiatives such as seasonal offerings, event coordination, capital, labor, etc.
- Ensure all venues meet and exceed Guest Service standards while upholding location theming, presentation, and brand/intellectual property standards.
Requirements
- Must possess an understanding of P & L and budgetary expenditures.
- Exceptional communication and Guest services skills.
- Must have analytical and problem-solving skills.
