We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Social Worker to join our team in Bethel, AK. The successful candidate will provide social work services to patients and families, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and document patient and family interactions and progress.

• Provide social work services to patients and families
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
• Assess and address patient and family needs
• Provide education and support to patients and families
• Document patient and family interactions and progress

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work or related field
• Licensure as a Social Worker in AK
• 2+ years of experience in social work
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
