Nurse Manager RN

Responsible for managing the daily operations, staffing, and patient flow of assigned nursing units to ensure efficient and effective patient care delivery. This position collaborates with patients, families, physicians, administration, and associates to provide high-quality care. Additionally, this role oversees the implementation of policies and procedures, compliance with healthcare standards, and resource management to maintain optimal patient outcomes.

• Responsible for managing the daily operations, staffing, and patient flow of assigned nursing units to ensure efficient and effective patient care delivery.
• Collaborate with patients, families, physicians, administration, and associates to provide high-quality care.
• Oversees the implementation of policies and procedures, compliance with healthcare standards, and resource management to maintain optimal patient outcomes.
• Develops and monitors the clinical integrity of assigned programs, supports staff development, and fosters a collaborative work environment.
• Strategic planning, operational management, financial oversight, and maintaining respectful relationships with all contacts.

• Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing
• Current State of Florida or Multi-state licensure as a Registered Nurse
• Minimum of one (1) year of inpatient, acute care Nursing experience
• Minimum of one (1) year of Nursing Leadership experience
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
