About the role
A K-12 educational institution in Athens, WI, is seeking a qualified professional skilled in working with students who are visually impaired.
Responsibilities
- Provide specialized instruction and support to students with visual impairments across grades K-12
- Develop and adapt curriculum and materials to accommodate students’ unique learning needs
- Collaborate with classroom teachers, parents, and support staff to ensure an inclusive learning environment
- Conduct assessments and monitor student progress regularly
- Implement assistive technology and other tools to enhance student engagement and accessibility

Requirements
- Certification or licensure as a Teacher for the Visually Impaired or equivalent qualification
