Director, Finance

The Director of Finance has oversight of (2) St. Mary Rehab Hospital locations in Langhorne, PA and Lancaster, PA. Position can be based in either facility.

• Directs the department's activities and resources to achieve departmental and organizational objectives
• Develops and implements departmental goals, plans, and standards
• Directs and evaluates departmental operations
• Plans and monitors staffing activities
• Prepares, monitors, and evaluates departmental budgets

• Bachelor's Degree in related field or equivalent work experience
• Prior experience leading a finance department
