About the role
The Manager, Acquisition Marketing plays a key role in supporting Xfinity’s strategic acquisition marketing efforts.
Responsibilities
- Build and grow relationships across multiple teams and stakeholders, including EBI, Marketing, Media, and others.
- Analyze audience performance, consumer insights, competitive intelligence, and performance trends across channels to identify trends, gaps, and strategic marketing opportunities.
- Develop elements of ongoing learning agendas, including test design, KPI definition, measurement, and insight synthesis.
- Collaborate with key marketing and sales channel teams to ensure programs are strategically aligned and continually optimized with best practices.
- Lead the acquisition email strategy and marketing resource, overseeing the delivery of calendar development, segmentation inputs, and performance optimization.
- Create compelling PowerPoint slides and visualizations to communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Support strategic initiatives by building data-driven business cases that quantify impact, ROI, and resource needs.
- Partner with marketing, strategy, finance, and operations teams to align insights with business goals and drive execution.
