• Manage a claims team handling financial lines and transactional insurance claims
• Train and develop claims adjusters in all areas of claims handling
• Assure compliance with Best Practices and departmental policies and procedures

• 10+ years FI and/or transactional insurance claims experience
• Management experience preferred
