Complex Claims Examiner, Business Package

Manage a portfolio of Complex SME Property and Casualty claims in a proactive, efficient, cost-effective manner, while delivering a high-quality service to customers. Developing commercial relationships with internal/external stakeholders including brokers and customers.

• Manage a portfolio of Complex SME Property and Casualty claims
• Developing commercial relationships with internal/external stakeholders
• Build and maintain good relationships with colleagues, other AIG personnel, clients, brokers, sponsors, and other external parties

• Acquired experience as a Liability and/or Property Claims examiner
• Strong communication skills
• Problem solving skills with strategic planning and execution

• Reasonable volume of 120-160 SME Property and Casualty claims
• Developing commercial relationships with internal/external stakeholders
• Build and maintain good relationships with colleagues, other AIG personnel, clients, brokers, sponsors, and other external parties
