One Washington Quality Control and Project Mgr (Management Analyst 5), Financial Services Division

The One Washington Quality Control and Project Manager (Management Analyst 5) position will provide expert process and business analysis in support of the One Washington Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system.

• Implement, manage and facilitate complex project requests to adopt a modern enterprise system for Finance, Procurement, HR/Payroll, and Budget as well as a Business Intelligence capability
• NEW system testing and working with subject matter experts
• Collaboration with OFM, DES, OCIO, Vendor Workday and others
• Manage organizational change efforts on business transformation
• Lead Business process improvement and financial implementation

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, public administration, law, public health, health administration, or a related field
• Five (5) years’ experience of demonstrated experience in two (2) or more of the following areas: Conducting research, Analyzing policies, laws, rules, or regulations, Conducting business analysis and developing requirements, Leading business projects, Managing business operations, Business policy development, Supervising
