About the role
Be part of a team that pushes boundaries, developing custom silicon solutions that power the future of Google's direct-to-consumer products.
Responsibilities
- Gather system requirements, define architecture, execute hardware design, and product validation.
- Lead the bring up, validation, NPI, deployment, and sustaining of hardware solutions.
- Work cross-functionally with hardware, software, mechanical, thermal, validation, manufacturing, and external vendors.
- Drive system development from concept through production.
- Lead debug and root cause analysis of deployed systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Product Design, Electrical Engineering, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of experience working in a software technical environment, or 3 years of experience with an advanced degree.
