About the role
Acts as a frontline field Manager to Identify Potential Producers to Recruit, Train, Retain, Drive and Develop towards higher productivity. He/ She will assist and support Branch Manager/Head Of Sales in achieving the Set Plans & Goals of Profitability, Growth, Expansion, Retention, Professionalism, Compliance & Customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Recruit, train and develop financial advisors channel (FA & FAR).
- Manage, drive growth and lead 250 FAR from both new and existing Span of Control.
- Develop new business with FA & FAR within AIG preferred Line of Business and maintain profitability.
- Uphold and maintain renewals within AIG preferred Line of Business.
- Ensure FA & FAR adhere to business compliance, audit and SOP.
- Ensure FA & FAR fulfill professionalism practice, such as CPD, Minimum Contract Requirement.
Requirements
- Competent Auto Insurance knowledge.
- Competent General Insurance knowledge.
- Understanding of General Insurance claims procedures.
- Understanding and application of Marketing Principles.
- Understanding of company policies and procedures.
- Competent in utilizing IT Systems to formulate sales plans and agency management.
- Basic understanding of Financial Services Act, FSA 2013.
