• Develop and implement HR Operations and Risk strategy
• Lead and evolve key aspects of the broader HR leadership delivery model
• Oversee and simplify delivery of key HR operations and end-to-end shared-services
• Partner closely with HR leaders to reimagine, stand up, and drive integrated delivery structures

• Bachelor's degree
• At least 15 years of Human Resources experience
• Strong collaboration, teamwork, and interpersonal skills
• Highly motivated, proactive, flexible, and results-oriented
