Travel LTC/SNF RN (Registered Nurse)

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Travel LTC/SNF RN to join our team in Anchorage, AK. As a Travel LTC/SNF RN, you will provide high-quality patient care in a long-term care setting, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans, and monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed.

• Provide high-quality patient care in a long-term care setting

• Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
• Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed

• Current RN licensure in AK
• Current BLS certification
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
