Certified Surgical Service Line Coordinator

Under the direction of the Director Surgical Services and OR Manager/Supervisor, the Service Line Coordinator is a clinical position with responsibility for the effective implementation of the philosophy, goals, policies, and procedures of the hospital the surgery department and specifically their designate service line.

• Demonstrates clinical competence in relevant surgical procedures and the ability to float between pre and post assignments.
• Communicates effectively both verbally and in writing, documenting information accurately.
• Deals efficiently and effectively with a wide variety of individuals, remaining calm and focused in stressful situations.
• Exhibits strong organizational skills with a high level of detail orientation and analytical ability.
• Provides excellent customer service with a patient-centric approach.

• High School Grad or Equivalent
• 4 Years of experience working in a multi-specialty setting
• NBSTSA Certified Surgical Technologist (NBSTSA-CST)
• Basic Life Support - CPR Cert (BLS)
