Analyst, PMO Tooling

Ascension is seeking an Analyst, PMO Tooling to design, build, and maintain the portfolio management tools and dashboards that enable visibility, consistency, and accountability across Growth Marketing & Digital Experience (GMDx).

• Develop and maintain PMO tools (Smartsheet, Jira, Jira Align, Asana, or equivalent) to track initiatives, milestones, risks, and dependencies.
• Create dashboards and reports that provide real-time visibility into program and portfolio performance.
• Partner with program managers and analysts to ensure consistent data inputs and reporting standards.
• Automate manual processes where possible to improve efficiency and reduce reporting errors.
• Provide training and support to project teams on PMO tools and reporting practices.
• Collaborate with Finance, Strategy, and Operations partners to integrate reporting with enterprise processes.

• Education: High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
• Additional Preferences: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in program management, business analysis, or PMO support.
• Strong skills in PMO tools such as Smartsheet, Jira, Asana, or MS Project.
• Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights and visualizations.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience with portfolio management or reporting in large, matrixed organizations preferred.
