Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage the intake of fraudulent transactions
- Communicate with customers and internal stakeholders to resolve disputes
- Analyze and investigate suspicious activity
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues
Requirements
- High school diploma, GED or equivalent certification
- At least 2 years of customer service or call center experience
- At least 1 year of Google Suite or Microsoft Office experience
