Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage the intake of fraudulent transactions
  • Communicate with customers and internal stakeholders to resolve disputes
  • Analyze and investigate suspicious activity
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues

Requirements

  • High school diploma, GED or equivalent certification
  • At least 2 years of customer service or call center experience
  • At least 1 year of Google Suite or Microsoft Office experience
