Host/Hostess

Universal Horror Unleashed is a terrifyingly unique experience that will bring haunts to Las Vegas year-round. Located at Area 15 is the heart of horror – we would love to have you haunting alongside us! With the nature of this experience comes a unique working environment. You will find yourself working in dark environments around special effects including strobe lights, fog, artificial smells, and more. The working hours will be unique, typically spanning over late evenings/nights and weekends (holidays included). • Welcomes and greets guests, accommodates guests with special needs, quotes wait times, maintains an efficient wait list, directs guests to appropriate waiting areas and takes reservations.
• Escorts guests to table, reviews menu specials and provide guests with menus.
• Answers questions about the specific food operation and possesses full knowledge of food and beverage products served.
• Coordinates the orderly movement of people by monitoring table turns, walking the dining room, managing seating plans and understanding service capacities.
• Assists Server Assistants in cleaning and resetting tables.
• Keeps restaurant/area clean and free of litter at all times.

• Must be able to work a flexible and varying schedule based on business demands.
• Requires poise under pressure and a calm and friendly demeanor.
