About the role
The Specialist is responsible for supporting planning, reporting, and forecasting processes through the development and maintenance of models in the Anaplan platform. This role ensures high-quality, consistent data across systems by managing data uploads, validating key inputs, and maintaining user access and system integrity. The Specialist will also produce dashboards, reports, and insights that support business decision-making, working closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for automation and process improvement
Responsibilities
- Own Anaplan support and development, acting as the primary contact for queries, maintaining models, managing data uploads, and ensuring data integrity across Anaplan platform.
- Design, build and enhance Anaplan models to reflect changing business needs, supporting Group Reporting and driving process improvements.
- Identify and implement automation opportunities across planning and supply chain functions to increase efficiency and reduce manual tasks.
- Validate and manage system data to ensure consistency, accuracy, and quality across all reporting and planning systems.
- Collaborate with finance, operations, and BI teams to gather requirements and deliver improvements to planning tools, dashboards, and reporting interfaces.
- Lead and support cross-functional projects, embedding Anaplan effectively into new business processes and system.
Requirements
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Advanced Excel required and EPM experience is desirable.
- Comfortable working with large data sets and ensure data accuracy and reliability.
- Familiarity with source and reporting tools such as ERP and Anaplan.
- Proficient in business intelligence and reporting tools, ERP systems, and standard presentation software.
- Effective stakeholder engagement and collaboration skills.
