About the role
A full-time, contract opportunity is available for an experienced Occupational Therapist to support K-12 students in a school setting located in Cicero, IL. This role spans the full school year, providing consistent and comprehensive therapeutic services that foster students’ development and academic success.
Responsibilities
- Conduct evaluations and gather detailed caseload information to tailor interventions
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for students with diverse needs
- Collaborate closely with educators, parents, and support staff to integrate therapy goals with classroom activities
- Monitor and document student progress, adjusting plans as necessary
- Provide consultation and training to school personnel to support student participation and success
Requirements
- Licensed Occupational Therapist with experience in school-based settings, preferably K-12
