School Occupational Therapist

A full-time, contract opportunity is available for an experienced Occupational Therapist to support K-12 students in a school setting located in Cicero, IL. This role spans the full school year, providing consistent and comprehensive therapeutic services that foster students’ development and academic success.

• Conduct evaluations and gather detailed caseload information to tailor interventions
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for students with diverse needs
• Collaborate closely with educators, parents, and support staff to integrate therapy goals with classroom activities
• Monitor and document student progress, adjusting plans as necessary
• Provide consultation and training to school personnel to support student participation and success

• Licensed Occupational Therapist with experience in school-based settings, preferably K-12
• Strong skills in administering and interpreting assessments specific to pediatric populations
• Ability to manage a full caseload efficiently with attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within an educational team
• Knowledge of state and federal regulations regarding school therapy services
