We are proud to be revolutionizing health care with visionary leadership and world-class resources The role you'll contribute: Actively participates in outstanding customer service and accepts responsibility in maintaining relationships that are equally respectful to all. The Patient Imaging Navigator guides and helps imaging patients navigate the health care system ensuring their healthcare needs are met. Will be experienced handling a wide range of administrative and scheduling duties interfacing with doctors' offices, patients, and facilities. The value you'll bring to the team: Reads patient results in the EMR to provide accurate and timely information. Identifies imaging results requiring follow-up and coordinates the necessary actions. Coordinates scheduling for follow-up appointments and imaging procedures. Documents all actions taken in the tracking database system for accurate record-keeping. Responsibilities
