The Patient Imaging Navigator guides and helps imaging patients navigate the health care system ensuring their healthcare needs are met. Will be experienced handling a wide range of administrative and scheduling duties interfacing with doctors' offices, patients, and facilities. The value you'll bring to the team: Reads patient results in the EMR to provide accurate and timely information. Identifies imaging results requiring follow-up and coordinates the necessary actions. Coordinates scheduling for follow-up appointments and imaging procedures. Documents all actions taken in the tracking database system for accurate record-keeping.
