Registered Respiratory Therapist

A healthcare facility in the Charlotte, NC area is seeking an experienced Respiratory Therapist to provide comprehensive respiratory care across multiple hospital units.

• Deliver respiratory therapy services to patients across emergency, ICU, PCU, and general medical floors.
• Utilize advanced ventilator management skills, including IPPV and NIPPV techniques.
• Collaborate closely with respiratory leadership and multidisciplinary teams.
• Adapt to floating assignments within the region, providing care as needed across various hospital locations within the network.
• Maintain accurate documentation using the EPIC EMR system.
• Participate in orientation and ongoing training as provided.

• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) or Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) licensure with current NC state licensure.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in respiratory therapy, preferably with resource team exposure.
• Certifications required: BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP.
• Demonstrated proficiency with ventilators (IPPV/NIPPV).
• Ability to float between inpatient units and facilities within the assigned region.
• Comfortable working every other weekend and approximately 75% of holidays.
