About the role

We are looking for a motivated IAM Platform Engineer to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex issues, thrives under pressure, and is passionate about operational excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor, triage, and resolve IAM-related incidents and services requests within defined SLAs.
  • Lead or participate in problem management and root cause analysis for recurring or major IAM issues.
  • Support access certificate, SOX controls, and audit evidence collection for compliance reporting.
  • Participate in and support on-call rotations for 24 x7 incident response, including weekends, and other off-hours as needed.
  • Assist in maintaining and improving IAM platforms including Okta, Entra, Active Directory, SailPoint, CyberArk, Public Key Infrastructure etc.
  • Apply security patches and updates across IAM systems per enterprise patching schedule and change control process.
  • Contribute to process documentation, playbooks, and operational runbooks for IAM support.
  • Stay current with emerging IAM tools, technologies, and best practices.
  • Embrace a continuous learning mindset, contributing to platform modernization and automation efforts.

Requirements

  • Minimum Requirements: Degree or equivalent and typically requires 4+ years of relevant experience.
  • Critical Experience/Skills: 4+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management or enterprise IT with a focus on access management.
  • Working knowledge of IAM tools such as Okta, Entra, SailPoint, CyberArk, or similar.
  • Exposure to authentication protocols like SAML, OIDC, OAuth.
  • Experience with incident and problem management practices.
  • Familiarity with compliance framework (SOX, HIPPA, etc.) and audit processes.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication and stakeholder management skills.
