About the role
This position provides high-level, technical, and non-technical customer support to internal and external users of the Washington Caregiver Application Portal (WA CAP) system.
Responsibilities
- Provide expert-level technical and non-technical customer support
- Investigate, and triage potential system enhancements and defects
- Support LD forms both inside and outside of WA CAP
- Lead and participate in process improvement teams
Requirements
- Equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, public administration, Law, public health administration, or a related field
