Front End Developer - Specialist in Remote, | Information Systems

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front End Developer to join our dynamic intranet team. As a Front End Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing robust and scalable digital solutions using the Sitecore Experience Platform.

• Design, develop, and implement robust and scalable digital solutions using the Sitecore Experience Platform
• Work closely with business analysts, UX/UI designers, and other developers to translate business requirements into technical specifications and deliver high-quality, user-centric digital experiences
• Develop and consume APIs to integrate Sitecore XM with various third-party systems, external data sources, and web services
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and implement responsive web designs following best practices
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to Sitecore implementations, performance, and functionality
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle (SDLC), including requirements analysis, design, coding, testing, deployment, and ongoing maintenance
• Adhere to Sitecore best practices, Helix principles, and coding standards to build scalable and reusable components for multi-brand initiatives
• Conduct code reviews, provide technical guidance, and mentor junior developers
• Stay up-to-date with the latest Sitecore features, trends, and advancements in the digital experience platform space
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies (e.g., Agile, DevOps)
• Integrate intranet with enterprise systems (e.g., HR, CRM, document management)
• Develop and maintain automation scripts for efficient processes
• Provide technical support for intranet users across the organization
• Create user documentation and conduct training sessions
• Gather feedback to enhance user experience and functionality
• Manage user roles, permissions, and group structures to ensure secure and appropriate access

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 3+ years of proven experience in Sitecore development
• Proficiency in C# and ASP.NET MVC/Web API
• Solid understanding of web development technologies, including HTML5, CSS3 (SASS/LESS), and JavaScript (jQuery, React, Angular, etc.)
• Experience with Sitecore configuration, development, and maintenance, including personalization, xDB, and xConnect
• Familiarity with relational databases (e.g., SQL Server)
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git, Azure DevOps)
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., Azure) and CI/CD pipelines is a plus
• Sitecore Developer Certification is highly preferred
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and work independently or as part of a team
