Finance leadership in the AI era starts with technical fluency. Building the Frontier Finance organization requires us to rally every member of our Finance organization to build hands-on skills to use technology in order to streamline their work. In this role, you’ll inspire Finance teams, translate complex technology into practical capability, and scale programs that turn curiosity into measurable impact across Microsoft Finance. Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver learning programs that build technical fluency, AI readiness, and innovation capability across the Finance organization.
  • Translate complex concepts into practical, engaging experiences through blended learning formats—workshops, digital modules, and cohort programs.
  • Partner with stakeholders to align learning priorities with business goals, ensuring programs drive measurable impact on adoption and performance.
  • Curate and manage content ecosystems using modern platforms and information architecture to improve discoverability and scale delivery.
  • Measure and optimize program effectiveness through analytics, feedback, and performance metrics; iterate based on data to improve outcomes.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning by embedding resources and guidance into the flow of work and promoting curiosity across the organization.
  • Partner with product, engineering, and learning teams to anticipate new capabilities and release plans; lead focus groups, scenario walkthroughs, and usability tests with Finance leaders; translate findings into updated content, enablement assets, and adoption playbooks.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Operations, Finance, or related field AND 4+ years of experience in program/operations management, process management, or process improvement
  • OR equivalent experience
  • Technical fluency with Microsoft platforms used in enterprise learning and Finance scenarios, including Microsoft 365 and Viva (esp. Viva Learning), SharePoint content architecture, Teams delivery
  • Power BI or Microsoft Fabric for learning analytics and outcome dashboards
  • Power Platform (Power Automate/Power Apps) to streamline learning workflows and capture telemetry
  • Copilot for Microsoft 365, Copilot Studio, and/or Azure OpenAI—able to design prompts, demos, and safe use patterns for leaders
