RN Emergency Room | Ganado, Arizona

Provide expert nursing care in a dynamic Emergency Department setting located in Ganado, AZ. This contract position offers the opportunity to work across multiple specialized areas within the Emergency Department, including the 11-bed Main ED, 6-bed Fast Track, and 7-bed Observation Unit. Nurses contribute to critical functions such as Triage, Quick Registration, COVID-19 tent operations, and Entry Screening while adapting to varying patient volumes and departmental needs.

• Rotate regularly through multiple ED areas including Main ED, Fast Track, and Observation Unit.
• Participate in Triage, Quick Registration, and COVID-19 testing/immunization efforts as needed.
• Provide competent patient care while occasionally floating to other qualified departments.
• Adapt to shift changes that may occur based on staffing demand, maintaining flexibility to support the team.
• Assist with bedside patient care, answering call lights, and other task-oriented duties dependent on department needs.

• Minimum of two years recent RN experience in an Emergency Department or relevant specialty.
• Valid American Heart Association BLS, ACLS, PALS or ENPC, and TNCC certifications required.
• Conscious sedation certification is required and can be obtained upon hire.
• Ability to work extended shifts typically structured as 7 days on and 7 days off, including a mix of 36- and 48-hour workweeks.
