• Rigorous evaluation of services provided to families involved in Child Welfare (CW)
• Supporting CW staff in utilizing available data to understand current programs
• Developing, refining, and evaluating a new assessment system for case workers and CW involved families
• Providing support to field operations in developing, refining, and evaluating a new assessment system
• Ongoing evaluation of the assessment tools used within CW
• Redesigning the Child Welfare assessment system
• Supporting child welfare in leveraging data and dashboards to monitor trends and guide targeted interventions for families in the system

• Equivalent of nine (9) years of closely related experience
• A bachelor's degree in social/human services or related field AND five (5) years of progressively responsible experience
• A master's degree in social/human services or related field AND three (3) years of progressively responsible experience
