Child Welfare Evaluator | Management Analyst 5 (MA5) - Olympia
Responsibilities
- Rigorous evaluation of services provided to families involved in Child Welfare (CW)
- Supporting CW staff in utilizing available data to understand current programs
- Developing, refining, and evaluating a new assessment system for case workers and CW involved families
- Providing support to field operations in developing, refining, and evaluating a new assessment system
- Ongoing evaluation of the assessment tools used within CW
- Redesigning the Child Welfare assessment system
- Supporting child welfare in leveraging data and dashboards to monitor trends and guide targeted interventions for families in the system
Requirements
- Equivalent of nine (9) years of closely related experience
- A bachelor's degree in social/human services or related field AND five (5) years of progressively responsible experience
- A master's degree in social/human services or related field AND three (3) years of progressively responsible experience
