About the role

We are seeking an expert Business Development leader to join the Wallet, Payments & Commerce (WPC) Issuer Business Development and Partnerships team to structure partnerships and strategic alliances with issuers, payment processors and FinTech partners across the Americas

Responsibilities

  • Work on complex partnerships setting strategy and driving value through collaboration
  • Partner internally and externally to advance initiatives and provide ongoing communications
  • Form business development frameworks and commercial models, define implementation paradigms, identify key players and maintain relationships with strategic partners

Requirements

  • 5 years of professional experience working in business development at multiple companies in financial services segments
  • Direct experience structuring partnership deals and negotiating technical terms across multiple partner types in the payment industry
