ED Consumer Access Supervisor

The Consumer Access Supervisor directs and manages staff in performing Consumer Access related activities, including ensuring patients are appropriately registered for all service lines, performing eligibility verification obtaining pre-cert and/or authorizations, making financial arrangements, requesting and receiving payments for services, performing cashiering functions, and clearing registration errors and editing pre-bill.

• Performs eligibility verification, obtaining pre-cert and/or authorizations
• Makes financial arrangements, requests and receives payments for services
• Performs cashiering functions, clears registration errors and edits pre-bill

• Minimum qualifications: High School Grad or Equiv
• 2 Patient Access/ Registration/ Medical Office Experience
