Senior Director, Change Lead – Universal Orlando Resort

The Senior Director, Change Management is a dynamic change champion supporting transformative initiatives that bring the Universal Destinations & Experiences (UDX) Transformation strategy to life.

• Work with Workstream Sponsors, Leads, and Initiative Owners to assess people impacts and implement strategies for adoption success.
• Conduct stakeholder analysis to map influence, impact, and readiness.
• Partner with Internal Communications to align a communication strategy as a component of the overall Change management strategy.
• Partner with Talent & Culture teams to align education solutions, toolsets and frameworks as a component of the overall Change management strategy

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Organizational Psychology, or a related field required; MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred.
• ProSci certification preferred.
• 10+ years in large scale change management, transformation management, organizational development, or related leadership roles focused on driving successful transformations.
