About the role
Google's software engineers develop the next-generation technologies that change how billions of users connect, explore, and interact with information and one another.
Responsibilities
- Work with customers and cross-functional leads from Product Manager (PM), technical leads, User Experience (UX), and program management to develop a roadmap for accelerating developer growth on Cloud Run.
- Lead the design and implementation of platform features to increase the developer adoption funnel.
- Remove onboarding frictions such as configuration complexity and latency.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends in AI and the developer ecosystem and influence product roadmaps to align with developer needs.
- Work with the team on shared responsibilities such as on-call.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience programming in C++, Java, Python, Kotlin or Go.
- 5 years of experience testing, and launching software products.
- 5 years of experience building and developing large-scale infrastructure, distributed systems or networks, or with compute technologies, storage, or hardware architecture.
- 3 years of experience with software design and architecture.
