About the role

Develops and revises a nutrition care plan based on information from the patient, medical record, family and health care team members. Incorporates current evidence-based research into practice. Adheres to facility confidentiality, HIPAA regulations, and patient rights policies.

Requirements
- BS degree in Nutrition or Dietetics
- RD Eligible post accredited CDR internship
- RD Eligible
- Licensed Dietitian/Nutritionist by the State of Florida
