About the role
This position oversees a fabulous team of staff who develop and manage contracts with home visiting local implementation agencies
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain policies and procedures for home visiting contracting
- Provide oversight of performance monitoring, reporting, and alignment across contractors
- Develop and implement best practices for partnering with contractors
- Develop and implement best practices for collaborating with Tribes, tribal organizations, and tribal communities
- Ensure Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) practices are integrated into local program contracts
Requirements
- Equivalent combination of education and experience, totaling nine years of experience
- Master’s Degree in Social Work, Public Health, Human Services, Early Childhood Education or related field AND 3 years of experience
- Bachelor’s degree AND 5 years of experience
