Manager, Statutory Reporting Operations

• Serve as primary reviewer of quarterly statutory analytics package
• Work with the Director, U.S. Statutory Controller
• Maintain a comprehensive inventory of all state regulatory filings
• Manage end-to-end the quarterly/annual statement filing process
• Drive/own execution of key governance protocols
• Serve as business liaison with IT
• Work with AIG’s Office of Accounting Policy
• Engage on special projects and initiatives
• Central point of contact for managing multiple external audits

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting
• 7+ years of progressive experience in finance roles
• Strong technical accounting experience with P&C insurance companies
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate and collaborate effectively
• Strong attention to detail and ability to navigate reporting platforms
