Occupational Therapy Assistant

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Occupational Therapy Assistant to join the CHI Franciscan Home Health team.

• Work collaboratively with the OT and other interdisciplinary team members to plan, implement, and evaluate occupational therapy services for patients in their homes.
• Assist with patient assessments and interventions to promote independence and participation in daily activities.

• Associates of applied science (AAS) degree in occupational therapy assistant studies or a related field.
• Active registered OTA license in the state which you practice.
• Must obtain and maintain current CPR/BLS Certification.
• One-year Occupational Therapy Assistant experience in a clinical setting.
