About the role
A travel opportunity is available for an experienced Interventional Radiology (IR) Technologist to support advanced imaging procedures in a dynamic healthcare environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist physicians during interventional neuro, vascular, CT, and ultrasound-guided procedures as a first assist scrub technologist.
- Operate and manage imaging equipment, including Siemens single and bi-plane systems.
- Perform circulating duties, filming, and exam documentation using the EPIC and McKesson PACS systems.
- Maintain patient safety and compliance with regulatory standards throughout all procedures.
Requirements
- Registered Radiologic Technologist credential (ARRT(R)) with active certification.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Registered in Radiologic Technology (RTR) or Radiologic Technology in Vascular Interventional (RTRVI).
- Kentucky Radiation Operator's License obtained prior to start date.
- Minimum 1 to 3 years of experience in Interventional Radiology with vascular interventional radiology (VIR) skills.
