                            About the role
The Criminal Justice Information Specialist 3 provides Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) required user, Originating Agency Identifier (ORI) and device management, training, and performance auditing for all terminal agencies and users within Washington state
Responsibilities
- Conduct on-site and telephonic audits based on State and Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) standards of criminal and non-criminal justice agencies
 - Prepare, conduct, report to agency executive management, and follow up on ACCESS business, non-criminal justice, and N-DEx audits
 - Review criminal history logs and reports to terminal agencies their compliance issues and ratio prior to their business audits
 - Ensure all user training records are properly recorded and maintained within the nexTEST application
 - Add, disable, and update users within the Omnixx Console database as needed
 - Provide TACs with userID and passwords as they add new users
 - Set system permissions within the Omnixx Console database for each user
 
Requirements
- High school graduation or GED equivalency
 - Associates Degree OR Two years experience working in a records entry or dispatch position in a Washington state criminal justice agency
 - Two years as a business auditor
 - A combination of both adding up to two years’ experience
 - Must possess a valid Washington State Driver's License (or the ability to obtain one within 30 days of employment)
 - Must be able to travel alone or with others in a state vehicle
