Display Process Engineer

• Lead the development of new OLED fabrication technologies
• Collaborate with cross-functional display teams and manage vendor activities
• Drive display and component supply manufacturers aggressively on technical innovation
• Conduct technical risk assessment, root cause analysis, failure analysis, and design of experiments
• Quickly solve problems during technology development and product implementation stages

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, physics, materials science, mechanical engineering, or related fields
• Minimum of 10+ years of relevant industry experience
• Experience with OLED display manufacturing, OLED evaporation / encapsulation process, OLED device physics, optical and material characterization, or related OLED display process
