• Prepare journal vouchers entries.
• Account reconciliations.
• Keep updated vendor record.
• Support with the completion of financial statements and other financial reports.
• Prepare special financial reports as required and maintain the digital archives.
• In charge of setting vendors and banking information required for payments in the Caribbean.
• Manages Ariba requests, OFAC screening, CBRA, and tax retention settings in system.
• Other accounting or administrative related duties as assigned.
• Supports the Finance Department, as assigned.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field of study.
• This position suits candidates with some experience in the insurance industry as well as work related responsibilities.
• Language skill: fluent in English and Spanish (verbal and written)
• Excellent written and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Analytical skills and detail oriented.
• Excellent teamwork skills.
• Proficient in the use of MS Office suite products specially Excel (a must) and Word.
