• Bachelor's Degree AND 4+ years experience in training, education, information technology (IT), cloud systems, datacenter environments, server environments, or computer technologies
• Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT) Certification
• 4+ years as a motivating communicator, able to help customer turn abstract concepts into reality through consultative teaching capabilities
• Fluency in English with 4+ years of experience facilitating training and support of Learner audience
• Business fluency in English with 4+ years of experience collaborating on internal business projects
• 2+ years of experience with course qualifications and delivery experience in Microsoft titles focused on M365 Copilot and agents
• 2+ years of experience demonstrating ability to support the development of engaging video content
• 2+ years of experience in social media influence and advocacy in technical context and ability to contribute to strategic social media initiatives that connect with target audiences across modern digital platforms
