About the role

The Office of Fraud and Accountability is seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Services Manager 2 to join our team in Olympia, WA.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate purchasing and asset management
  • Manage the office vehicle fleet
  • Serve as the Information Technology and Telecommunications Coordinator
  • Oversee records, forms, and data management
  • Arrange and process staff travel
  • Maintain time and attendance records
  • Provide confidential administrative support

Requirements

  • Ability to plan, organize, and supervise work
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience with asset management and electronic purchasing systems
  • Knowledge of business machines, mailing and duplicating equipment, administrative procedures, and purchasing methods
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
  • Ability to meet deadlines, prioritize tasks, and work independently
