About the role
The Office of Fraud and Accountability is seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Services Manager 2 to join our team in Olympia, WA.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate purchasing and asset management
- Manage the office vehicle fleet
- Serve as the Information Technology and Telecommunications Coordinator
- Oversee records, forms, and data management
- Arrange and process staff travel
- Maintain time and attendance records
- Provide confidential administrative support
Requirements
- Ability to plan, organize, and supervise work
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with asset management and electronic purchasing systems
- Knowledge of business machines, mailing and duplicating equipment, administrative procedures, and purchasing methods
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
- Ability to meet deadlines, prioritize tasks, and work independently
