Responsibilities
- Produce and edit short-form social videos tailored to TikTok, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, and Instagram Reels.
- Collaborate with the Art Director to bring a consistent visual identity and motion design approach to content.
- Translate insights from the Audience Insights team into creative concepts that resonate with priority learner segments.
- Work cross-functionally with social strategy, copy, and community teams to storyboard, script, and refine video narratives.
- Lead post-production workflows including editing, motion graphics, audio, and platform-specific optimizations.
- Stay ahead of video trends, platform shifts, and emerging creative formats to bring innovative ideas to the table.
- Maintain quality and consistency across videos, ensuring accessibility, clarity, and brand alignment.
Requirements
- Vocational qualification or higher education degree (e.g., Bachelor's Degree) AND/OR 2+ years direct or indirect experience in Learning and Development, relevant technical roles, business development, field or sales, human resources (HR), customer success, collection management, research/restoration evaluation, industry, or program/project management
- 2+ years of experience with video editing tools (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or similar)
- 2+ years of experience creating and editing social media content for large customer brands
