Airport Lounge Design Manager, Principal Associate

The Principal Associate level, Airport Lounge Design Manager is part of the Airport Design & Construction Team, primarily responsible for the design, documentation, and implementation of new and renovated airport lounges.

• Design and management of Airport Lounge business development opportunities
• Lead design pipeline for assigned projects
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders
• Ensure customer experience strategy and priorities
• Drive cross-functional projects
• Prioritize and manage multiple projects
• Leverage problem-solving skills
• Conduct regular meetings with project team
• Partner with project customers
• Forge relationships with key stakeholders

• Extensive experience in hospitality design
• Experience with food and beverage programs
• Airport lounge and aviation experience preferred
• Strong communication and partnership skills
• NCIDQ or AIA certification preferred
• Master’s degree in Architecture or Interior Design preferred
