About the role

We’re looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a dedicated school team in the Kyle area. This full-time role offers the opportunity to support students’ growth and success by providing direct speech and language services throughout the school year.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and identify speech and language delays or disorders.
  • Create individualized treatment plans tailored to each student’s needs.
  • Deliver therapy in both individual and group settings.
  • Track progress and maintain clear, accurate documentation.
  • Collaborate with teachers and parents to support overall student development.
  • Follow all state and school policies to ensure compliance.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Current Texas SLP license or eligibility to obtain before the start date.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • A collaborative mindset and passion for working with children.
