The Trust and Safety Policy Lead will play a critical role in shaping the future of online safety by defining and implementing policy solutions across our services

• Develop and implement policy solutions for trust and safety challenges
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer safety and well-being
• Communicate policies with clarity and precision to internal stakeholders and external partners
• Contribute to building the policy team's infrastructure and standardizing processes

• 5+ years of proven experience in product or content policy
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Experience with sensitive topics across trust and safety areas of harm
• Strong project management skills
• Experience developing and maintaining policy documentation and templates
